FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Q    DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES?
A    Yes we do. We use Norwex cleaning supplies and cloths on windows, taps and for shining and other eco friendly cleaning supplies that we either make ourselves or buy…appropriate to the task at hand. We also use Dyson vacuums and Norwex mops for our clients because only the best will do for you.

Q    HOW OFTEN DO I NEED CLEANING?
A    Most customers prefer weekly or bi-weekly cleaning that is scheduled on a specific day at a specific time but we love doing “one offs” as well.

Q    WHAT IF I ONLY WANT MONTHLY CLEANING?
A    Weekly or bi-weekly cleaning is recommended so we can keep up with your cleaning but monthly cleaning services are available.

Q    HOW DO I PAY?
A    We will invoice and accept checks, cash visa or pay-pal as form of payment.  We ask that you leave the money in a predetermined location upon every visit. (visa and pay-pal clients are required to add 3% to the cost for processing fees). Also keep in mind that we do not do ‘cash jobs’ so 13% HST is added to the invoice as well.

Q   DO I GET YOU OR JUST YOUR EMPLOYEES?
A    You get hand selected and well paid employees who have training and experience the same as the owner of the company. We are bonded and fully insured as well as professional and skilled to suit all of your cleaning needs.

Q HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL AND WHAT IS YOUR PRICE?
A We will travel to Owen Sound, over to Collingwood/Thornbury/Meaford area, over to  Sauble Beach, Southampton & Port Elgin. Our price is not hourly, it depends on the agreed upon price set and is unique to each client. Call us for a free estimate. Once an amount is agreed upon that price is set for a full year, after which, the price increases by 4% per year. Travel from Owen Sound is extra.
